Prices

Prices are indicated in Euros and Dollars with VAT included.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the country of destination.

For sales in the countries of the Euro zone there are no customs duties.

For sales in the USA there are no customs duties for amounts not exceeding 800 dollars.

For destination countries where taxes or customs duties are foreseen, these will be exclusively borne by the buyer.

Payments by bank transfer

If you choose to pay with an Advance Bank Transfer, the goods are processed upon receipt of the transfer to our bank account.

Shipping

Dea Sandals Capri products are shipped with various national and international couriers based on the location and country of destination.

When the product is shipped you will be sent the tracking code that allows you to follow the path of your package.

Delivery time

Upon receipt of the order (with payment made), we proceed to the realization of the sandal with times ranging from 3 to 5 working days.

The delivery times of couriers in Italy are on average 48 / 72h which are to be added to the production times of the product.

For islands and disadvantaged areas, the system will indicate a price supplement in relation to the courier chosen.

For international shipments, times may vary from country to country.

For the organizational deficiencies of customs due to Brexit ALEMA S.R.L. declines any responsibility in case of disservices in deliveries and the Customer has no right to claim any damage or compensation due to missed or delayed deliveries.

In any case ALEMA S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for any delays after shipment. Delays occasionally occur due to uncontrollable factors, but we ensure that we always strive to limit any inconvenience.

Returns and cancellations policy

The sandals purchased on deasandals.com are handmade and on the express order of the customer as we do not have stock and we do not produce the sandals in series. For this reason it is not possible to cancel or return an order, in any case it is preferable to contact us to agree on the right solution.

If, on the other hand, the product received does not correspond to the order placed on www.deasandals.com due to an error attributable to us (model, size, color or heel), we will replace it.

We ask you to be very careful checking the size of your foot by consulting the table on the Choose your size page, following the relative simple instructions.

In the event that the package arrives damaged or open, please report it to the courier upon delivery and mark on the receipt the words "conditional acceptance for content verification" or do not collect it, in this case we invite you to contact us immediately and report it to us.
